Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza in New Prague, responsible for leading and motivating team members, managing daily shift operations (opening/closing), ensuring food safety and policy compliance, training and developing staff, addressing customer inquiries, overseeing pizza and menu item preparation, managing inventory and processing invoices, supporting the General Manager to meet performance targets, maintaining an organized work environment, assisting in scheduling and payroll, and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions. Requires proven leadership in a fast-paced food service or retail setting, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, basic math and cash handling proficiency, familiarity with POS systems, and the physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent is required; pizza-making experience is a plus.
