Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while managing 3 to 15 employees. Perform duties as Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, greeting customers, taking orders, operating registers, and delivering products safely. Prepare products per guidelines, stock ingredients, clean equipment and facilities daily, and maintain a professional appearance. Process telephone and in-person orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Requires accurate math, motor coordination, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team during your shift
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
