Job Summary
Manage store operations by staffing, training, and leading a team while tracking food cost variance and labor requirements. Set an example for employees by following all company policies, holding them accountable for cost controls, inventory, and cash management. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols while processing orders, preparing products, and ensuring quality service. Work under stress in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Microsoft Suite and communication skills to meet daily goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Ability to prepare products
- Ability to receive and process telephone orders
- Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person
