Job Summary
Assistant Manager for a Domino's Pizza franchise in Lake St. Louis. Oversees daily restaurant operations, leads team, ensures high standards of product quality and customer service, trains and develops staff, handles scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, enforces food safety regulations and company policies, collaborates with General Manager on marketing strategies and sales goals, participates in community events, and maintains a clean, organized work environment. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with driving experience; and preferred food safety knowledge/certification.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry
