Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, cash, and product quality control while maintaining perfect store image and customer service standards. Lead by example by adhering to all policies and procedures, train team members, and manage appropriate staffing levels. Control cash, complete required reports, and handle all duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Experts. Navigate designated delivery areas, manage adverse weather and terrain conditions, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and navigating multiple flights of stairs. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong math skills, accurate order entry, and excellent hand-eye coordination.

- Team members are expected to remain in this position for extended periods of time
- Delivery experts are expected to walk briskly or run when safe to do so between the store and delivery vehicle and between the delivery vehicle and the customer's location location
- Team members will occasionally be required to lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds
- Team members must infrequently climb ladders to perform cleaning duties, change signs, perform maintenance
- During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required
- Crouching, bending, and reaching are performed frequently when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning
