Job Summary
Manage shift operations by controlling costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations while adhering strictly to all policies. Direct staffing, process telephone and in-person orders, and maintain store cleanliness and marketing standards. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, and prepare products while ensuring perfect image and adherence to standards. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases up to 50 pounds, and carry items to shelves. Drive a vehicle to deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area, navigating various terrains and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Domino's management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
