Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, providing feedback and coaching, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment that follows safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and assume the role of acting General Manager during the GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations. Contribute to strategies that improve restaurant performance and achieve goals while performing administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
