Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by hiring, training, and supervising staff while managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving guest issues, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Drive sales and profitability through marketing initiatives, cost control, and financial analysis. Maintain a spotless, safe store environment that reflects brand standards and adhere to strict pizza-making procedures. This role supports a family-owned franchise aiming to be the #1 pizza brand in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets, offering opportunities for growth within a team of 1,500 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
- Must be 18 years of age.

- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
