Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Domino’s, serves as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager; partners with the GM to recruit, train, and schedule Team Members; upholds brand standards and company policies; provides high-quality product and service to customers; aims to maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals; ensures health, safety and cleanliness standards; fosters professional Team Member relationships; acts as store mentor and operations expert; builds relationships with customers and the community; handles cash reconciliation and reporting; oversees inventory control and management; assists General Manager in marketing efforts; offers training and advancement opportunities within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance
- Able to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
- Ability to manage Team Member schedules
- Computer literacy and ability to enter orders
- Proficiency with proprietary software systems PULSE and PWR
- Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication
- Vision and depth perception requirements for in-store tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
- Ability to analyze and compile data and make judgments and decisions
