Job Summary
Manage store operations as second-in-command to the General Manager, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and brand standards while maximizing sales and profit against food and labor goals. Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are met, handle cash reconciliation and reporting, and manage inventory control. Act as a mentor to Customer Service Reps, Delivery Experts, and Pizza Makers, fostering professional relationships and assisting with marketing efforts. Maintain accurate schedules, utilize proprietary systems like PULSE and PWR, and uphold company policies. This role offers fast career progression with opportunities for advancement to General Manager or corporate positions within the Domino's franchise network.
