Oversee daily pizza restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff while ensuring strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures. Manage inventory, scheduling, and food safety compliance to maintain operational efficiency and a spotless, safe environment. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and upholding quality standards, while driving sales through marketing initiatives and cost control. Analyze financial performance to meet business objectives and foster a positive, productive work culture. Maintain 100% brand image and professional appearance at all times. - Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business
- Must be 18 years of age
