Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by hiring, training, and supervising pizza-loving employees while ensuring strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures. Manage inventory, scheduling, and food safety compliance to maintain a spotless, safe environment that reflects the brand. Drive sales and profitability through marketing initiatives, cost control, and financial analysis, while resolving customer issues to uphold quality standards. Maintain 100% image and professional appearance at all times, representing the brand positively with a friendly attitude and high energy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business
- Must be 18 years of age
