Job Summary
Oversee daily pizza restaurant operations by hiring, training, and supervising a team while managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Drive sales and profitability through marketing initiatives, cost control, and financial performance analysis. Maintain a spotless, safe store adhering to strict Domino's pizza-making standards and brand image requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent communication skills.

- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business
- Must be at least 18 years of age
