Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the pizzeria by hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza-loving employees while fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory, scheduling, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations to maintain a spotless, safe store. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability. Control costs and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives while adhering to strict pizza-making standards and brand image requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business
- Must be 18 years of age
