Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly while maintaining staffing levels that mirror daily business needs. Manage end-of-night bank deposits and nightly product inventory counts, ensuring the store is properly set up and ready to receive orders upon opening. Collect signed credit card receipts from drivers, verify vehicle inspections, and assist with routing to maximize service while maintaining standards. Foster a sense of urgency, resolve disputes, and promote pizza products and promotions. Provide quality customer service over the phone and in person, uphold grooming and uniform standards, and receive cross-training for oven operation and product preparation. Contribute to a culture of teamwork and energy.
Required Qualifications
