Assist in running the Domino's Pizza store during shifts, overseeing staffing, cost controls, cash handling, inventory, paperwork, and customer relations. Responsibilities include setting an example, following policies and procedures, managing staffing and schedules, maintaining store image and standards, ensuring great customer service, attendance and punctuality, and maintaining cleanliness. Essential skills include basic math (ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide), cash handling, order entry via keyboard or touch screen, verbal and written communication, map/navigation to addresses within the delivery area, and the ability to take and process orders over the phone and in person.
