Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager at Domino’s, you will serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, partnering to recruit, train, and schedule Team Members while upholding brand standards and driving sales and profit. You will ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met, foster productive Team Member relationships, mentor store staff, build relationships with customers and the community, handle cash, reconcile and report, manage inventory, support General Manager with marketing efforts, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy store environment with opportunities for career progression across Domino’s family. The role requires a positive attitude, integrity, honesty, reliable attendance, and the ability to operate with speed and accuracy using computer systems and standard business tools, in a setting that emphasizes training, development, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- Adept at using proprietary software systems PULSE and PWR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to train and engage Team Members
- Inventory control and labor-cost awareness
- Attention to health, safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to analyze data and make judgments
- Team leadership and mentorship capabilities
