Job Summary
Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, partnering in recruitment, new Team Member training, and scheduling. Uphold brand standards, maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals, and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Provide consistently high-quality product and service while managing cash handling, reconciliation, reporting, inventory control, and marketing efforts. Foster productive Team Member relationships and act as a store mentor for all store-level positions. Build relationships with customers and the community. This role requires an exceptional attitude, integrity, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Minimum age is 18.

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
