Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza Moyock, NC. Responsibilities include answering the phone and assisting carryout customers, upholding brand image, executing customer WOW steps (apologize, give them what they want, add value), ensuring order accuracy, proper pizza preparation procedures, cash handling and change management on deliveries, maintaining safety practices (no weapons, proper handwashing, Safe Delivery CBT), emphasizing daily operational standards, managing P&L with direct supervisor, achieving labor and service goals, ensuring staff training and proper paperwork; overseeing budgeting, inventory, equipment maintenance, and store standards to achieve a minimum four-star level across stores, and driving timely reporting and follow-through on assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
- Insuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards
- Insure all stores are staffed and training of all team members
- Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
- All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
