Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by managing pizza production, delivering orders, and ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed. Oversee inventory checks, maintain equipment, and implement new products while keeping budgets and school lunch delivery standards. Review P&L monthly with your supervisor, perform self evaluations, and ensure all reports and paperwork are accurate and timely. Insure stores meet minimum four-star levels and staff training requirements. Maintain a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Knowing of all product and operational standards
- All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
