Job Summary
Responsible for the entire shift operations at a Domino's store, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Manages staffing, paperwork, scheduling, food management, and adherence to standards while maintaining a positive store image. Requires leadership to direct team, training new staff, ensuring punctuality and reliability, handling orders and deliveries, and using basic math and cash management skills. Opportunities for advancement to higher management roles within the franchise. Must be capable of working nights and weekends, navigating the delivery area, and using computer/terminal systems to enter orders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- Pre-screening by background checks and drug testing as part of employment process
- Strong math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate store equipment and process orders
