Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations while setting an example for the crew. Manage staffing, ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, and maintain store cleanliness and marketing standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and handle daily inventory and paperwork. Navigate delivery areas with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, making precise movements while carrying product. Work nights and weekends with high energy and exceptional customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid state driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- High energy, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills required
- A keen sense of direction with the ability to read a map and find your way around your delivery area
- Basic math and cash management skills
- Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
