Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies while maintaining a clean, organized environment that follows safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and assume the role of acting General Manager during the GM's absence to ensure operational continuity. Contribute to strategies that improve restaurant performance and achieve goals while performing administrative tasks. This steppingstone role offers valuable experience and training for future leadership positions within Domino's Pizza Team DAKS, which operates stores across Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
