Job Summary
Manage shift operations by controlling costs, inventory, and cash while ensuring strict adherence to all policies and procedures. Direct staff, maintain store cleanliness, and execute food management to uphold perfect image and standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage. Deliver pizzas within a designated area using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, navigating various terrains and adverse weather. Complete daily paperwork, take inventory, and handle marketing materials. Work varying temperatures and physical conditions while maintaining punctuality and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
