Job Summary
Assistant Manager role for a restaurant operation focused on pizza and delivery services. Key duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing customer orders via phone or in person, handling inventory and related paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator usage), make correct monetary change, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
