Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory. Clean equipment and facility daily while managing bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck. Handle large cans, pizza dough trays, and 30-pound sauce containers, utilizing computers, telephones, and pizza cutters for precise movements. Work in varying weather conditions, temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, and cramped quarters including walk-in coolers. Perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards while communicating with customers and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid drivers license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
