Assistant Manager duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area, preparing products, taking orders over the phone and in person, processing payments, inventory control and related paperwork, and maintaining clean facilities. Training is provided on the job. Must communicate clearly in writing and verbally with customers and co-workers, perform basic arithmetic for transactions, enter orders via computer/ touchscreen, and handle varied physical tasks and driving/delivery responsibilities. The role requires ability to navigate and deliver within designated area, wear appropriate safety gear, and work under diverse conditions in a fast-paced environment.
