Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while setting an example for the crew. Execute staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing tasks to ensure store cleanliness, perfect image adherence, and great customer service. Maintain strict policy and procedure compliance and punctuality while navigating delivery routes and adverse weather conditions. Process telephone and in-person orders using accurate math and computer skills.
