Job Summary
Assistant Manager role handling operations including equipment use, stocking ingredients, product preparation, taking telephone and in-person orders, inventory, daily cleaning, and delivering product to customers (car delivery and doorstep). Requires a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle, ability to pass a background check, and open availability. Training provided on the job. Must be able to train and lead others, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic for monetary transactions, read maps for delivery within designated area, and handle physical tasks including lifting and traveling between store and customer locations. Work environment includes variable temperatures and potential exposure to food odors and dust; team-based coordination and adherence to quality controls are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must pass a background check

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to train and lead
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Delivery personnel must travel between the store and the delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location
