Job Summary
Assistant Manager position handling end-to-end duties from food prep and inventory to order processing and direct customer service. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory and paperwork, daily cleaning, delivering product by car to customers, and distributing flyers/door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to insured vehicle for delivery, with open availability and ability to pass a background check. Training provided on the job; candidate should be able to perform basic arithmetic for monetary transactions, process orders verbally and in writing, and supervise/train others. The role involves navigating delivery routes, handling equipment in varying temperatures, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must pass a background check

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Maintain cost controls
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product
