Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to all policies and procedures while ensuring staff follow the same standards. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing to drive store profitability. Maintain perfect image, store cleanliness, and punctual attendance while navigating delivery routes and adverse weather conditions. Perform repetitive tasks under stress, make judgments, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Operate equipment, stock ingredients, and process telephone orders accurately.
