Job Summary
Manage shift operations by controlling costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations while setting an example for your crew. Execute all policy and procedures, handle staffing and paperwork, and maintain store cleanliness and marketing standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and manage food preparation and delivery. Ensure punctuality and attendance while adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
