Job Summary
Assistant Manager/Shift Runner responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, using proprietary technology, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing paperwork, training new hires, scheduling and staffing the store, managing food and labor during shifts, and leading a team with strong communication. Requires basic math for monetary transactions, and ability to process orders verbally, in writing, and over the phone, with proficiency in computer/touchscreen order entry. Work conditions include exposure to varying temperatures, handling deliveries up to 50 pounds, and occasional climbing or lifting during duties.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
