Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting an example for your crew. Execute staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing activities to ensure profitability and adherence to standards. Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image, processing telephone and in-person orders with accurate verbal and written communication. Navigate designated delivery areas with a valid driver's license, handling adverse weather and terrain while carrying product. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, and prepare product under varying temperatures.

- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to perform forward bending at the waist
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches
- Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
