Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for assisting in all store operations including equipment operation, stock rotation of ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in cooler, processing telephone and internet orders, inventory counting and paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facility. Roles include customer service interactions, handling monetary transactions with basic arithmetic, delivering product when required using a personal vehicle, navigating to delivery locations, and ensuring safe operation of tasks with emphasis on physical duties (standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling). Requires familiarity with on-the-job training, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice; delivery duties involve driving to customer locations and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while upholding safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Ability to drive own vehicle to deliver orders
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money (monetary change)
- Ability to stand, walk, lift/bend/reach as described in job posting
- Experience in retail/restaurant/store operations is a plus
- Ability to operate computers and basic office equipment
