Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example for your crew by adhering to all policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness, staffing, and profitability. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and manage food preparation from the delivery area to storage. Navigate your designated delivery area using maps and GPS to deliver products, handling adverse weather and varied terrain. Perform daily facility cleaning and complete associated paperwork. Must possess strong math skills for accurate change-making and quick order entry.
