Job Summary
Manage shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example for the crew by adhering to all policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness, food management, and adherence to standards. Handle staffing, paperwork, and marketing efforts to drive profitability. Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone and in-person orders. Clean equipment and facilities daily. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50-pound cases, carrying trays, and navigating varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
