Job Summary
Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area, and prepare product. Take and process telephone orders and in-person orders; deliver product by car to customers and assist with marketing materials. Manage inventory and paperwork; train new staff on the job. Handle cash transactions, change making, and use computer/touch screen to enter orders. Maintain safety and cleanliness, work under varied temperatures, and perform physical tasks including lifting and repetitive manual movements. Strong communication skills required to coordinate with customers and co-workers; ability to read instructions, multi-task, and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to deliver product and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to operate computer/point-of-sale systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and manual dexterity with tools like pizza cutter and dough handling
