Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, inventory control, and maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness. Perform delivery-related duties in designated delivery area, navigate using maps, communicate with customers and co-workers, handle orders at the point of sale, and participate in orientation and on-the-job training. Requires valid drivers license, access to insured vehicle for delivery, navigational map-reading skills, ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, and the physical ability to perform lifting and standing tasks. The role involves coordinating deliveries, responding to customer inquiries in person or by phone, and contributing to overall store performance as a part-time team member.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid drivers license with safe driving record
- Access to insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients
- Ability to process orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Training provided via orientation
