Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and accurately, maintain staffing levels to meet daily needs, oversee opening/closing procedures including end-of-night banking and inventory counts, ensure delivery vehicles pass inspections, assist with routing to maximize on-time orders, uphold Domino's grooming and uniform standards, promote pizzas and specials, and resolve customer disputes to convert unhappy customers into repeat patrons.
