Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area using a personal insured vehicle, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and coolers, and prepare products including pizza dough and toppings. Process telephone and in-person orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while maintaining strict quality control standards. Perform daily cleaning of equipment and facilities, manage cash transactions, and handle repetitive tasks such as lifting up to 50-pound cases and carrying trays of dough. Requires a valid driver's license, navigational skills, and the ability to work under stress in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
