Job Summary
Assistant Manager for a Spring Creek, NV restaurant responsible for operations across store tasks and delivery. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling orders over the phone and in person, inventory and paperwork, and training new staff. Must have navigational skills to read maps, deliver within designated delivery area, and navigate multi-story buildings while carrying product. Requires strong math and cash-handling abilities, proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems, and customer-facing communication. Deliveries by car within a designated area, with responsibility for safety and compliance under varying conditions. Training provided on the job; orientation included.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- access to insured vehicle for delivery
- navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- ability to operate all equipment and prepare product
- ability to take and process telephone orders
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator use)
- ability to handle monetary changes accurately
- ability to navigate stairs or multi-story buildings while delivering product
- ability to work under varying conditions (temperature, weather)
- ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- physical ability to perform tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs)
- ability to deliver products to customers within designated delivery area
