Job Summary
Assist in store operations and delivery duties for aPizza/food-service role. Responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing paperwork, and delivering pizzas within a designated delivery area. Requires navigating with maps and located addresses, carrying and lifting duties, cash handling (ability to make correct monetary change), and strong verbal/written communication to process orders with customers and co-workers. Training is provided on the job. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs occasionally, and driving to deliver product; remote work is not indicated. Part-time position with in-store and delivery responsibilities, including handling orders, inventory, food preparation, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Ability to take and process telephone orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings during delivery
