Job Summary
Lead and supervise shift operations at a Domino's Pizza location, ensuring customer service excellence and smooth store performance. Responsibilities include performing duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, managing a team of 3 to 30 employees during the shift, overseeing store operations, greeting customers and taking orders, operating the cash register and handling payments, preparing products to standard recipes and portion sizes, delivering product safely by vehicle, maintaining cleanliness from front to back, and upholding grooming standards. The role emphasizes leadership, judgment, multitasking, team motivation, and serving as a strong example for staff and customers. Dominos Pizza is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing
- Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
