Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for operations including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering product to customers. Must be able to deliver to the door, train and lead others, and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, handle monetary transactions, read maps, navigate delivery areas, and work in varying conditions; physical tasks include lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and driving within a designated delivery area. Training provided on the job; background check required; drivers must have a valid license and insured vehicle. Describes the need for organization, customer service, and supervision skills within a food-service/delivery environment.
