Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, staff training and scheduling, food preparation oversight, inventory management, POS transactions and cash handling, ensuring food safety/hygiene standards, coordinating product deliveries, maintaining equipment/ facilities, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the store manager to achieve sales targets. Requires strong leadership, detail-orientation, excellent communication, proficiency with restaurant equipment/POS, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for potential delivery responsibilities)
