Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, and prepare product while receiving and processing telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area, navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private homes, and manage deliveries while carrying product weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time. Work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages
- Must be able to navigate stairs
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Far vision and night vision for driving
