Job Summary
Lead Domino’s Assistant Manager shift operations with a focus on Dough Control, Topping Management, Crust-omer Service, and Team Supreme development. Drive a five-star customer experience, manage inventory and paperwork, promote deals, maintain cleanliness, operate equipment, and mentor a crew. Handle order-taking and stock flow from delivery area to storage; ensure rigorous multitasking across phones, ovens, and administrative tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and be available across all shifts seven days a week. This is a full-time role emphasizing leadership, cost control, and store performance.
