Assistant Manager/Hourly store team member duties including operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facility. Requires ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide accurately (calculator use), provide correct monetary change, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers (verbal and written). Must be able to intake orders via computer keyboard or touch screen; handle varied physical tasks and adapt to in-store conditions (temperature ranges, exposure to odors, dust, and moving parts). Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, crouching, and frequent hand use. Delivery duties may involve driving within designated area, with a valid driver’s license and vehicle access. Navigation and map-reading skills required for delivery routes; ability to work both independently and with a team, maintain accuracy under pressure, and meet quality standards.
