Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, and prepare product for service. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Communicate effectively to understand and relay written instructions, and to interact with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Requires basic math skills for handling monetary changes, and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Worked duties also describe handling delivery responsibilities with a valid driver’s license for relevant roles. Exposed to varying temperatures and outdoor conditions; physical tasks include standing, lifting, pushing, bending, reaching, and occasional stair climbing. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality control, and adherence to safety and operational standards in a fast-paced store environment.
